How the service works?
Choose the things we want to deal with
Order a service and select the items you want to send to us for service. You can send several things at once. You can also skip the description of faults and simply send us your items for diagnosis (you skip points 2 and 4 on this page)
Select service packages or individual services.
For each item you can choose between the packages offered or individual services without a package. Add photos and comments for a more accurate quote.
Select the delivery form on the website.
You can order a courier to the address you specified, deliver the package to a point or bring it to us. Pick-up points near you. How do you get to us?
Prepare the package and send it to the service center
Pack the parcel in a shapely box. Parcels not packed in a cardboard box may be rejected by the courier or collection point. Depending on the selected delivery method, wait for the courier or take the parcel to the point

We will call or write to you with a quote for services. After accepting the quote, we will get down to business.
Follow your order
By registering in the system, you can check the status of your order, ask for details and/or make changes at any time.
Pay for the service and collect the equipment.
You will receive a notification that your payment is pending. Select payment and pickup/delivery method.
