EU-funded project completed: EICMA 2025 and a step towards export

In 2025, we implemented a project co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia programme. Thanks to this support, we were able to prepare a professional presence of the Xzone brand at EICMA 2025 in Milan (November 2025) — the world’s largest motorcycle industry event — and take an important step towards developing international sales.

What did the project include?

As part of the project activities, we delivered, among others:

• preparation and organisation of participation in EICMA (stand, logistics, materials),
• preparation of promotional materials and communication for international markets,
• sales activities and B2B networking during the event.

Results and next steps

Participation in EICMA 2025 enabled us to:

• increase brand recognition in an international environment,
• establish new business contacts and start conversations with potential partners,
• collect market insights and feedback that we will use in further expansion (including the direction: Spain).
