3. Apply the product to a dry surface – make sure the surface of the suit is dry and clean before applying the product. Otherwise, the preparation will not work as it should.
4. Repeat the impregnation regularly – the effectiveness of the impregnation fades over time, so it is worth repeating the process regularly. Depending on the product, the manufacturer recommends repeating the impregnation every few months or after several washes.
5. Store the suit properly – to maintain the water-repellent properties of the suit, it is worth storing it in a dry and ventilated place, away from moisture. Storing the suit in a wet place or in a bag immediately after rain can reduce its water-repellent properties.
